Carbon Fiber Heel Plate

The Carbon Fiber Heel Plate features a sleek 3K twill carbon fiber design, adding a sporty touch. Its surface provides moderate friction, ensuring precise control over heel positioning during intense racing sessions.

200KG Load Cell Sensor

The brake is equipped with a high quality and precise 200kg pressure sensor, covering nearly the entire braking force range of real racing cars. This ensures a strong connection between muscle memory and force application.

 

15-bit High-precision Angle Sensor

Using an industry-first patented sensor fusion algorithm, the system combines a 15-bit angle sensor with a load cell sensor. This innovative approach ensures exceptional brake input precision and allows for extremely accurate control of braking forces, enhancing muscle memory for consistent braking performance.

125 Combination Brake Pedal Damper

The standard brake features a damping block structure with several options for 55, 70, 80, and 98 hardness levels. This allows for 125 different brake pedal feel combinations, accommodating everything from basic road cars to formula racing cars.

Adjustable Throttle

The throttle uses a spring-enclosed design, with an extremely smooth guide rod that ensures a silky-smooth pedal feel. It comes with two springs of different resistance levels and allows for continuous force adjustment, making it possible to replicate the throttle resistance of almost any vehicle.

Three-stage Adjustable Clutch 

 

The clutch pedal mimics the feel of a high-performance car with three distinct stages. The first stage offers short travel with light resistance. In the second stage, resistance increases sharply, similar to a clutch pressure plate spring. The third stage releases quickly, providing a satisfying snap. The clutch includes two springs with different resistance levels and offers continuous force adjustment, allowing it to replicate the clutch resistance of nearly any vehicle.

Quiet and Smooth

Thanks to the enclosed structure and the highly polished steel shaft, the brake and throttle operate smoothly and quietly. The soft cushioning at the limit points ensures excellent noise control.

Tool-free Adjustment

To accommodate frequent adjustments of brake, throttle, and clutch forces for different vehicles, we have designed a completely tool-free mechanism for changing damping blocks and springs and adjusting force levels. This patented system eliminates the need for wrenches or other tools for adjustments.

Adjustable Position and Height

Pedal distance, footrest position, and pedal face height (up to 30mm) are all adjustable, accommodating different foot sizes and preferences.

Ergonomic Design

The pedal surface features a biomimetic curved design that conforms to the arch of the foot, providing a snug fit for better force application and overall comfort.

Enhanced Compatibility

When using the Xbox-compatible ESX steering wheel, simply connect the CRP2 pedals directly to the base to set up the entire system for Xbox. The CRP2 pedals can also be connected directly to a PC or to the base.

In Pit House, you can monitor the pedal’s status, set the pedal travel and signal output curves, adjust electronic travel, and view real-time signal output curves. This powerful software ensures that the professional hardware performs to its fullest potential.

Supports Inverted Mounting

The pedals support inverted mounting, allowing them to replicate the design and ergonomic experience of road cars. This can be achieved using optional inverted components or custom mounting brackets.

Optional Performance Kit

The Performance Kit includes 10 springs, various damping blocks, and a metal block. Combined with the original damping blocks, it offers 1,764 possible pedal feel configurations, simulating the hard brake feel of top-tier race cars like F1 and F2, with nearly zero brake force response time.
